COACHING

Whether you are new to the practice of Yoga, an experienced student or a Yoga teacher looking for guidance on the path of teaching, I offer 1-1 coaching to meet the needs of each individual. My training in Yoga, Meditation and Anatomy and Physiology give me a unique ability to customize practices and offer guidance on your journey of greater health, vitality and success.

The healing potential inherent to Yoga brings an enhanced ease, stability, freedom and balance to the body, mind and nervous system.

Who did I learn from?

I am deeply grateful to all of my teachers. In particular I am strongly influenced by the work of Dr. Tom Alden, my primary teacher. Having been trained in manual therapy and meditation; I take a technical, therapeutic and meditative approach to practicing and teaching Yoga.

How can you learn?
